What does a Design Manager do?

Over the last thirty years, the design and construction of buildings has changed significantly. Buildings have become more technical. Choices in construction materials, methods and products have expanded and alongside them, the need for specialist inputs. At the same time, regulations and standards have become more rigorous. All design is a dialogue between technical and creative. Throughout the process, designs undergo continual refinement. For each problem, there are multiple solutions. Finding optimal design solutions involves communicating and collaborating with numerous parties.
