BDAI has been engaged to manage the construction documentation for Bayview Warrawong.
Part of our service is to review the documentation prepared by the design team, ensure that plans are coordinated and that the client’s requirements as highlighted in the Principal Project Requirements (PPR) as well as the Lessor Scope of Works are met.
BDAI is involved in managing any changes during construction, relaying them to the design team and ensuring that a coordinated solution is provided to the Main contractor.
