Maurice is directly involved in all projects from the design stage through to delivery. His unique level of insight and innovative thinking embodies the BDAI philosophy of fusing design outcomes with commercial objectives to create designs that delight. Maurice thrives on helping others realise their potential.

Director of BDAI, Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the architecture and interior design industry in NSW and VIC. Widely renowned for his creativity and construction knowledge, Paul has designed and delivered landmark projects across residential, hospitality and retail. His innovative and contemporary design solutions and strongly collaborative approach have led the BDAI team to reliably superior project outcomes and long-standing relationships with clients.

On weekends you can find Paul cooking for friends and family in his wood-fired oven and indulging in all things Alfa Romeo.

Melbourne director of BDAI, Peter has more than 30 years’ experience as an architect across a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including fuel and food with private and corporate clients. His broad expertise in NSW and VIC ensures the consistent development and delivery of inspired designs. A graduate of Deakin University, Peter has a personal passion for sustainability and excellence in architectural design.

Peter is a social tennis player and an ardent St Kilda FC member.

BDAI’s Director of design management, Dany has over 20 years’ experience as an architect and design manager with a sought-after knowledge of master planning. Dany works on medium to high-density mixed-use projects across Australia and internationally. Leading BDAI’s design management team, Dany is hands-on throughout every stage, overseeing the design and delivery of exceptional projects with flair and attention to detail.

Dany has a personal passion for creating uplifting spaces where efficient and sustainable processes are managed effortlessly. That same principle is reflected in his yoga practice and long-distance running.

Senior associate, interior design, Kim has over 20 years’ experience as an interior designer of award-winning hospitality, retail and residential projects. Managing BDAI’s Sydney and Melbourne interior teams, Kim’s natural leadership skills foster pride and passion driving consistently exceptional results. A UTS graduate, Kim’s depth of experience underpins her functional and beautiful solutions and superior client outcomes.

Kim’s aesthetic is informed by a love of exploring different cultures and countries, music and drawing. She also bakes delicious sweets.

Senior associate, architecture, Diana has over 12 years’ experience in residential, retail, hospitality and community projects in NSW and VIC. Graduating from the University of Sydney with a Master of Architecture Design and a Master of Urban Design, she has an in-depth understanding of commercial realities and design processes needed to produce coherent and functional structures. Diana is a thoughtful, intelligent leader that thrives on creating spaces with spirit.

A lover of outdoors and the ocean, Diana enjoys training for triathlons.
