The project involved two sites on either side of the Peninsula Link freeway near Baxter. The site surrounded by farmland presented significant environmental and community challenges through the planning process.
The design response was a scheme that merged with the surrounding neighbourhood and its ecosystem while offering convenient integrated services for passing travellers.
