BDAI was engaged in designing and delivering the Salamander Haven Senior Living project that includes 59 seniors living apartments over two buildings and utilises a raised central communal courtyard to encourage interaction amongst the residents to create a community atmosphere.
The design was developed to allow the proposal to fit contextually into the existing low-density precinct. This project was valued at $29.0 million.
