Bayview Warrawong NSW - QSR Delivery

As part of our continued involvement with Bayview Warrawong, BDAI have been novated to the builder under a D+C contract as Design Managers to assist with the delivery of 3 new QSR Drive Thru restaurants for Griffith Group.

Our post-tender award involvement focuses on the delivery of the project with the builder, Hurst, to manage the development of the design documentation for construction issue to meet the tenants’ requirements, informing the construction programme and managing the CC and CDC approvals.

The challenges on this project include planning the integration of works on Lot 1 and Lots 3, 4 and 5 to seamlessly connect the sites and address the complex individual operational requirements for the 3 different operators.

We are enjoying working with the novated design team, the project manager, and the developer to assist in achieving the project outcomes successfully.
