A boutique development targeting the young professional market, this project includes 11 premium apartments and ground floor retail and was valued for $4.5 million. Located on a landmark site, the façade articulation provides a visual statement and incorporates a contemporary material palette.
Following close consultation with council, the design received development approval in 2018.
